PREORDER POLICY

Many of our highly sought-after products are available for pre-order during the production phase. Any item marked as "pre-order" will feature a specified shipping date or timeframe in both the title and item description. These pre-order items are scheduled to ship on or before the indicated date.

 

In the event of any unforeseen manufacturing delays, we will promptly notify you via email. Once your pre-order item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email, and it will be shipped using the delivery method chosen at checkout.

 

Please be aware that shipping timeframes apply from the date of shipment, not from the date of your initial order.

 

If you choose to combine in-stock items with pre-order items in the same order, please note that this may delay the shipment of your in-stock items. To avoid this, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

 

In cases where a pre-order item is purchased alongside ready-to-ship/in-stock products, the entire order will be shipped together on or before the scheduled pre-order ship date, as shipping costs are incurred once.
